Surf Joins Talon Esports With Crws After a Year

In an exciting development for the esports community, “Surf” has officially joined forces with “Talon Esports,” marking a reunion with “Crws” after a hiatus of approximately one year.

Talon esports, A prominent esports team based in thailand, Made the announcement on january 19th, Revealing that Surf is now a part of their valorant division.

This dynamic player, hailing from Thailand, is set to make a significant impact on the International League. At just 19 years old, Surf made his debut in the valorant competitive scene in 2021.

Joining XERXIA in January of the following year, he, at the youthful age of 17, became an integral part of the team alongside Thai veterans such as CRWS, FOXZ, sushiboys, and sScary. Taking on the role of a duelist, he filled the shoes of Patiphan, who had returned to Overwatch.

The journey with XERXIA saw triumphs in VCT 2022 Thailand Stage 1 and Stage 2, securing runner-up positions in APAC Stage 1 and Stage 2.

This success earned them representation for Asia at the World Championships VCT 2022 Masters Reykjavík and Copenhagen, with additional participation in VALORANT Champions 2022.

Despite the transfer dynamics in October 2022, with veteran players like Crws, Foxz, and sushiboys moving to Talon Esports and sScary to Bleed Esports, Surf remained loyal to XERXIA.

Despite facing challenges in Thailand’s Challenger League and missing out on the Ascension Tournament last season, he continued to lead the team with resilience.

Surf’s expertise lies in handling duelists and operators, specializing in agents such as Jet, Rays, and Chamber.

His remarkable performance with Jet, boasting a K/D of 1.17 throughout his career, showcased his prowess in the international arena in 2022, competing at the same level as the world’s top players.

The newest members of Talon Esports, including Surf, are gearing up for their next challenge. The team is all set to participate in the VCT PACIFIC 2023 KICK-OFF, commencing next month.
