iNTRO Leaves Nongshim RedForce And Announces Free Agent

iNTRO Leaves Nongshim RedForce, He shared on January 29th that he’s no longer part of the team’s valorant division. Now, as a free agent, He’s on the lookout for a new team.

At just 21 years old, iNTRO jumped into the valorant competitive scene in 2020. Playing in both Japan and Korea for teams like Crazy Raccoon, Rio Company, DAMWON Gaming, ENTER FORCE.36, and REJECT.

He made a mark. Notably, during his time with DAMWON Gaming, he became the top player in Korea, securing 4th place in Japan five times.

By October 2022, he joined Gen.G, selected for the Pacific League. However, after just two months, he left, choosing to be a free agent. In March of the following year, he joined T1 of the Pacific League, but his contract ended after only a few games.

Joining Nongshim RedForce in November last year, his journey faced a setback with a defeat in the open qualifying round at the Korean Challenger League VCK 2023 Split 1. Two weeks post-elimination, he officially announced his departure.

iNTRO’s strength lies in his diverse agent selection, focusing on support characters like Omen, Viper, KAY/O, Breach, Sky, and Killjoy. Throughout his career, his KD stats for Omen was 1.14, Breach was 1.15, and Killjoy was an impressive 1.33.

Despite his solid play and strong physicality, the team’s performance dipped since 2022, remaining sluggish.
